Our garden is full of interest. In particular, we have a wide selection of old fashioned roses. Of the 180 different varieties that we have, many grow in the trees. In early July, our garden is open as part of the National Garden Scheme.
Our wild chalk garden (above) has been planted recently. We have tried to create a dry calcareous habitat in order to grow the downland flowers that require these conditions.
You can walk along the river past the mill to the Boot Inn (about 600 metres).
